- Palliative Care is required for an advanced or terminal illness.
- Highly specialized care for a complex illnesses or conditions.
- An integrated team of RNs and PSWs is necessary for in-home care.
May not be right for you
- A recent discharge from the hospital requires additional nursing support at home.
- Regular, in-home care is required for Dementia or Alzheimer’s. Advanced Care may be right for you.

Do you offer care on evenings, weekends or holidays?
Yes. We provide care 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overnight and 24-
hour care is also available to ensure comfort and safety around the clock.
How are Care Partners matched with clients?
We carefully match each client with a dedicated Care Partner based on their needs, preferences, and
personality—ensuring consistency, comfort, and trust from day one.
How do I get started?
Contact us online or by phone. Our dedicated Care Team will help guide you and ensure the right care supports are put in place, no matter where you or your loved one is on the care journey.
Is there a minimum number of hours required?
We offer flexible scheduling with a minimum of three hours per shift. Companion Care can start with just a few hours a week, and we also provide overnight and 24-hour care when more support is needed.
