The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) pays for a wide range of medical services for all residents of Ontario, including older adults. OHIP does provide coverage for Homecare Services.

We understand that letting a new caregiver into your home can be an uncomfortable experience. That’s why our Care Team will reach out to you to ensure that we fully understand your needs. Following a thorough intake process, we carefully match caregivers based on their skills, experience with similar clients, religious preferences, personality, and more. We also offer the opportunity for you to get to know your caregiver before their first day to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with the match.
We recognize that a client’s health condition can change over time. That’s why we offer the flexibility to adjust your care plan to meet your evolving needs. We will also conduct regular reassessments to ensure that you receive the appropriate level of care and the most suitable type of care provider. In cases where your needs exceed the level of care we provide, we can work with your healthcare institution to coordinate and secure the right level of care for you.
