What if I need help after I’ve received the product?

Support doesn’t stop at delivery. If you have questions, need adjustments, or require maintenance, we’re

Is there a minimum number of hours required?

We offer flexible scheduling with a minimum of three hours per shift. Companion Care can start with just a few hours a week, and we also provide overnight and 24-hour care when more support is needed.

Are these services provided at home?

Yes! All our wellness services are delivered in the comfort of your home, making it easier to stay
consistent and supported without the hassle of travel.

How do I get started?

How do I book a ride?

Booking is simple. Call our main line or use our online form to schedule a ride. We recommend advance notice to ensure availability, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute needs

How are Care Partners matched with clients?

We carefully match each client with a dedicated Care Partner based on their needs, preferences, and
personality—ensuring consistency, comfort, and trust from day one.

Do you offer care on evenings, weekends or holidays?

Yes. We provide care 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overnight and 24-
hour care is also available to ensure comfort and safety around the clock.

Do you deliver and set up products in the home?

Absolutely. We offer delivery and professional setup across all of our service areas. Our team ensures
everything is installed correctly and safely—no hassle, no guesswork.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Absolutely. Our team provides companion support provided by certified PSW Care Partners, staying through appointments when needed and offering notetaking, reminders, and advocacy.

Can services be personalized to my needs?

Absolutely. Every care plan is tailored to your specific health goals, mobility level, and any medical
conditions or recovery needs.

Can I rent or buy products?

Yes! Most of our products are available for purchase or rental, depending on your needs. Whether you're
recovering from surgery or seeking a long-term solution, we’ll help you find the right fit.

Can care be adjusted over time?

Yes. Our care plans are fully flexible and evolve with your needs—whether that means adding more
hours, changing the type of care, or layering in wellness and transportation support.

Are your products approved by healthcare professionals?

Yes, our products are vetted and often recommended by healthcare professionals including
